changing my mind about Pre K

Yesterday was an awesome day of field experience.  I love being with Pre K. They have their own little way of making me smile. But I must say It was kind of over whelming, I  really thought I would love working with pre k . I didn’t consider how much work it was, for just one person. I think I might like 2^nd grade where there isn’t so many behavioral issues. My teacher couldn’t even sit down and each lunch without a child throwing food or hitting another student. Also another thing I observed is that you need a lot of energy to be a teacher for that grade level. I only go an hour once a week and it drains my energy. But I honestly cannot wait to go back, there just so much fun. I guess I’m just on the fence on how I feel about such a young age group.
